Integrate Project Manda with Microsoft 365
Project Manda uses your Enterprise Application permission from Microsoft 365 to facilitate enterprise-wide rollouts.
It’s important to note that you need to have an Administrator Account within Microsoft to enable this permission. View more on roles here
These permissions must be granted before any other users in your organisation can log in or access Project Manda.
This is because Project Manda integrates directly with your Microsoft 365 environment to provide key features such as calendar visibility, scheduling insights, and enterprise-wide analytics.
Without the necessary Enterprise Application permissions, Project Manda cannot securely authenticate users, connect to calendars and deliver its core functionality.
Granting these permissions ensures that the platform can be accessed consistently across your organisation while maintaining compliance with Microsoft’s security and access protocols.
To begin the authentication process, first login to Project Manda using your Microsoft 365 Administrator account.
Once logged in, navigate to Integrations Then navigate to the Enterprise Calendar section and click connect and provide authorisation here
Select Continue with Microsoft
Select your work Administrator Account Then Review and Accept the application permissions

Once complete, you should see a Success page
If you encounter an error, try the above steps again or contact us (support@projectmanda.com).
If the authentication process was successful, you’ll be able to view the Application within your Microsoft Entra Admin center (Browse to Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications > All applications)
