To make the most of your meetings, Project Manda will prompt you to optimise recurring meetings that you own.

Step 1: Review Key Insights

The review process starts by highlighting essential details about your meeting, including:

- Cost
- Attendees
- Cancellation rate
- Acceptance rate

These insights help you assess whether your meeting is as effective as it could be.

Step 2: Adjust the Duration

Once you decide to review your meeting, you'll see duration statistics. Project Manda highlights the benefits of making a meeting Speedy and shows which back-to-back meetings will be affected if you change the duration.

Step 3: Refine the Attendee List

After setting the duration, you can review who’s invited. Monitor each attendee’s cancellation and acceptance rates to determine whether they should remain required, optional, or removed from the meeting.

Step 4: Optimise the Frequency

If your meetings are often canceled or skipped, it may be a sign that they happen too frequently. In this step, you can easily adjust the meeting interval to better fit your team's needs.
